About Amiee

Since 2010, I’ve had the privilege of helping more than 170 families buy and sell homes across Southeastern Wisconsin—representing over $55 million in closed sales. Which basically means I’ve spent the last decade-plus expertly navigating everything from cracked foundations to cracked negotiations… and occasionally cracked patience (mine, never yours).

As a proud, card-carrying member of the Million Dollar Club, I’ve worked with every property type you can imagine: first homes, condos, luxury lakefront stunners, and investment properties—aka “the ones people buy after watching one too many episodes of HGTV: Delusional Edition.”

Clients describe me as approachable, patient, and tenacious. I describe myself as a no-pressure Realtor who is highly skilled at managing surprises, complex logistics, and last-minute emergencies—mostly because I’m raising a blended household of teens and young adults who specialize in all three. If you need a calm negotiator while your deal gets complicated, trust me: I’ve already survived teaching teenagers to drive.

I’m a lifelong Lake Country resident, raised on Okauchee Lake and a proud Arrowhead High School grad. I know these communities like the back of my hand, which is helpful because the back of my hand now features a permanent imprint from clutching coffee during early-morning showings and from handing kids cash with no explanation.

When I’m not working with clients, I’m mom to Joseph and Ryen, and I share life with my boyfriend, Kyle. Together, we’re raising our wonderfully chaotic blended family, including his children Nick, Ryker, and Raegen—so yes, I’m basically running a small reality show with snacks and carpool lines.

At home, I’m also outnumbered by four tiny dogs—Oliver, Goose, Walter, and Frankie—who provide emotional support in the form of love, chaos, and fur on every outfit I own.

I love everything Lake Country offers: its restaurants, community events, and long walks on the trails where I pretend I’m getting exercise but am actually just decompressing with a podcast while the dogs try to chase squirrels.

As part of Your Concierge Team with Amiee Melero, I take a collaborative, full-service approach to real estate—from first showing to final signature. My mission is to make every transaction smooth, stress-free, and (dare I say) pleasant. My ultimate goal? To be your real estate team for life… or at least until one of us retires to Florida and starts texting the other about humidity.
